SmokeFX is part of The Youth Tobacco Vortal Project that is funded by Smoke-Free Ontario, Ministry of Health Promotion. The Youth Tobacco Vortal Project was designed to reach youth with tobacco control messages and news of local tobacco-related activities, via the Internet. The Project consists of a network of inter-related websites, the “portal” site of which is www.smokefx.com.
