Mission Statement

01/27/2008 -

YETI (Youth Engaged in Tobacco-free Initiatives) is a group of youth dedicated to improving the health of their peers

and others in their community by advocating for a happy, healthy, and tobacco-free lifestyle.

YETI's mission is to involve youth of middle and high school age in tobacco control activities that expose

the manipulative nature of the tobacco industry and promote the participants’ understanding of how, through

collective action, they can positively affect change in their community.

If you'd like to volunteer with YETI, find out about Peer Leader employment opportunities, or would just like to find out more about the program, you can!
