What I like best about being with YETI - Besides the fact that it is pretty much amazing? Its great planning events with different people and seeing the positive effects they are having on the people around you. Its a lot of fun and knowing that you are making a difference makes it that much better! And having a big fuzzy monster for a mascot makes it the icing on the cake
