-Youth Action Alliance- What's It All About?

Fresh Heir is the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit's Youth Action Alliance. Under the supervision of the Youth Advisor, the Peer Leaders work to develop youth-led and youth-initiated tobacco control activities with the aim of preventing, de-normalizing and reducing tobacco consumption in Haldimand-Norfolk. They will also work to expose the deceptive tobacco industry practices that are used to get youth hooked on tobacco products, both here and around the globe.
